Terms
These terms describe use of the Domaistor public website and the service’s basic role. We are preparing the apps’ public launch; this page does not guarantee availability.
Operator
MIHAIL PLAMENOV DUCHEVIndividual publisherLocation: Sofia 1336, Bulgariasupport@domaistor.com +359883396142Information and access
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or obtain unauthorized access. Information about future features does not confirm that they are already available. Specific tradesperson-onboarding and account-service terms are provided when the relevant service is activated.
Independent providers
Domaistor is intended to connect consumers with independent tradespeople. They agree the scope, price, payment, timing and warranties for physical work directly. Domaistor does not employ tradespeople or promise a particular standard of work, quote, availability or response time. This does not limit the operator’s own legal obligations.
Accounts and conduct
When using available features, provide accurate information, protect account access and share only content you are entitled to share. We do not permit unlawful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, hateful or sexually exploitative content, spam, impersonation or unauthorized disclosure of others’ personal data. Report a concern to the support email.
Payments
The intended initial consumer app is free. This website does not accept payments, sell subscriptions or credits, or process payment for physical work. Future paid features will have separate clear terms before use.
Content rights
The Domaistor name, text and artwork are subject to applicable rights. Do not use them in a way that falsely implies a partnership or endorsement. When reporting another party’s protected content, provide a sufficient reference and description.
Contact, complaints and mandatory rights
For a question or complaint, identify the case and desired resolution using the support email. For a dispute about physical work, also contact the tradesperson. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, the right to complain to a competent authority or access to a court. We provide appropriate notice of material changes.
