What not to send

Do not send a password, payment-card information, unnecessary identity documents or another person’s confidential information. If we need to verify account ownership, we will request only what is necessary.

Safety reports

For unwanted content or behavior, provide enough information to locate the profile, message or case. Contact emergency services if someone is in immediate danger. Domaistor support is not an emergency response service.

A dispute about physical work

Work arrangements are made with an independent tradesperson. Contact them about performance of the work; you can also report suspected misuse of the platform to us.
