Request by email

Email the privacy contact with the subject “Domaistor account deletion”. Include the email or phone linked to the account and whether you want the whole account or particular data deleted. You do not need to reinstall the app. Do not send a password or an unnecessary identity document.

In the app

If you can access your account, use Profile → Delete account and confirm. The privacy email remains available if the feature is unavailable or something goes wrong.

What happens to the data

We verify the request appropriately. Erasure removes or anonymizes contact/profile information, owned content and uploads, and ends account access. Limited counterparty history, moderation records, legally required records or backups may remain where justified. Copies independently held by another party are not automatically erased from their systems.

Timing and confirmation

We normally respond within one calendar month. We confirm the outcome and explain any justified limitation or permitted extension. Account deletion is not subscription cancellation; this website does not offer subscriptions.
