Website delivery and protection process technical connection data such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information. If you email or call us, we use the contact details and content you provide to respond and handle the case. This website does not load advertising or optional analytics scripts.
Information in app features
When you use available account and marketplace features, the information you submit is processed: name, email, phone, sign-in identifiers, language and preferences; job descriptions and locations; requests, quotes, messages, photos, files, reviews and saved searches. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the identity information shared by that provider is received. Notifications use a device delivery token.
Permissions and visibility
Location access, photo selection and notifications use the relevant system permissions. You may decline permission; the particular feature may be limited. Precise coordinates submitted with a job form part of its data. Public profiles and reviews can be viewed by others; requests and conversations are intended for the relevant participants. Do not put confidential information in public content.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use necessary data to respond to an enquiry or provide the requested service and related steps. We rely on legitimate interests for protection, abuse prevention and reliable operation, taking your rights into account. Legally required records are processed to meet those obligations. Optional analytics or marketing, if introduced, will have appropriate notice and consent choices where required.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare delivers and protects this public website and routes incoming emails to Apple iCloud Mail, the operator’s mailbox service. Communications and hosting providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, adequacy decisions or appropriate contractual safeguards are used. Ask the privacy contact for information about recipients and the safeguards relevant to your data. We do not sell personal data. Tradespeople may independently process information they receive to perform agreed work.
Retention
Correspondence is kept while needed to respond, resolve the case and handle justified follow-up. Records needed for a specific legal obligation or dispute are retained for the applicable purpose and period. Account data is retained to provide the service while the account is active and reviewed for erasure or anonymization on closure. Limited security, moderation, counterparty-history or backup records may remain according to the specific need, applicable requirements and the relevant system’s lifecycle. You may ask for the period or criteria applying to particular information.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing where the relevant right applies. Consent can be withdrawn where processing relies on it. We verify account ownership proportionately to the request; do not send a password. We normally respond within one calendar month and explain any permitted extension within that period. You may contact the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or your competent supervisory authority.

We update this information when the service or processing changes. Before enabling new providers or optional features, we clarify the relevant purposes, conditions and choices.
